"We had a fantastic brunch at Amsterdam on Gili Trawangan, and everything we ordered was beautifully presented – the table was packed with amazing food. My husband had the burger, tuna spread, carpaccio, toasties, and sourdough bread. The burger was juicy and well balanced, the carpaccio fresh and delicate, and the tuna spread paired perfectly with the bread. I had the sourdough bread, toasties, hummus, and salad, all of which were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The toasties were crispy and comforting, the hummus smooth and rich, and the salad light and refreshing. Everything came out nicely arranged and clearly prepared with great attention to detail. Portions were generous and perfect for sharing. The service was bombastic – friendly, relaxed, and very attentive. Prices are absolutely fair for the quality and presentation you get. On top of that, the interior is insanely beautiful: lots of natural elements, warm wood, and a cozy yet stylish atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. All in all, Amsterdam on Gili Trawangan is a must-visit spot for great food, excellent service, fair prices, and a stunning interior. Highly recommended."

As dedicated foodies who don't mind splurging on exceptional meals, we decided to give it a try. We ordered the 5-dish tapas-style lunch, and honestly, the food blew us away. Everything was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and bursting with flavor. We're typically quite hard to impress, but this place exceeded our expectations. A highlight of our visit was when the owner personally brought over their apple crumble while photographing dishes for social media. Coming from a family of bakers, I don't say this lightly: it might be the best apple crumble I've ever tasted. The healthier twist with oats and nuts was absolutely perfect.
